Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

Scholarships are available to students studying in class 8 in government, government-aided, or local body schools in Gujarat state whose parental income does not exceed Rs. 3,50,000/- per year.

How To Apply Online for Gyan Sadhna Scholarship Exam?

Here are the steps for applying to the Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Exam:

You can visit the State Examination Board of Gujarat’s website at sebexam.org or go directly to the link below.

The ‘Gyan Sadhana Scholarship’ link is displayed under the latest notification section on the home page.

To apply for the Gyan Sadhana Scholarship, enter your U Dise number and click on the submit button. The U-Dise Number should be obtained from the principal of the school where the student is currently enrolled.

When you click the submit button, a pre-filled form will appear. I would appreciate it if you could confirm your personal information and school information.

You can update your school details for this examination by entering your new school code and clicking the “Change School” button. Your parents’ and principal’s/teacher’s mobile numbers need to be entered. To submit your form, please click Submit.

You will need to upload your photograph, signature, and date of birth after submitting the form. To confirm your application, verify your details and click on the confirm button. You will not be able to edit the application after confirming.

When you have filled out all the details, click on the submit application button. You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been submitted.

Pay the Gyan Sadhana Scholarship examination fee through the appropriate online payment method after submitting the online application form.

Click on the ‘Report’ button at the top of the application form after uploading the details of all students. To view the Nominal Roll, click on the ‘PDF’ link.

You should submit a printed copy of the Nominal Roll to the District Educational Officer concerned. You must submit two sets of Nominal Rolls attested by the Head of the institution.

Each candidate’s application should also be attested by the head of the institution. In case of SC/ST/PH, attested copies of the caste and medical certificates should be enclosed with the original Challan.
