Oasis Scholarship 2023-Oasis Scholarship, Online Application for Scholarship in Studies is one of the successful programs introduced by the West Bengal government. Oasis scholarship 2022-23 latest update

Oasis Scholarship notices for 2022-23 were issued a few months ago. There is now an open application for the Oasis Scholarship. Oasis Pre-matric Scholarships for SC and ST students, as well as Post-matric Scholarships for OBC, SC, and ST students, have been extended until 28 February 2023, according to the official notification.

Eligibility Criteria Required

The West Bengal government initiated the Online Application for Scholarship in Studies (OASIS) for the academic session 2022-23. Currently, some changes are being made to the application process.   • SC students studying in grades 9 and 10 are eligible, but their family’s annual income must not exceed 2 lakhs of rupees.
  • ST students in grades 9 and 10 who have household incomes below Rs.2 lakh are eligible for the Oasis scholarship.
  • If you have completed Pre-Matriculation or are currently enrolled in a postgraduate course. Also, if your family’s annual income is less than 2.5 lakh rupees and you are SC or ST, you can apply.
  • The only requirements for eligibility are that the applicant has passed grade 10 and belongs to the OBC category, along with a family income of less than one lakh per annum.

How to Check Status Of Oasis Scholarship?

If you have applied for the Oasis Scholarship, you must check whether your application has been accepted. Simply by checking the status, you can find out whether your application has been submitted to the institute, whether there are any information errors, and whether final verification is pending. How to apply for an Oasis Scholarship 2023?

  • The first thing you need to do is go to the Oasis website, Oasis.gov.in.
  • A new registration must be made by clicking on the “New Registration” button.
  • You will be able to select the district when the new window opens. It is necessary for you to choose your Permanent District if you are studying outside of West Bengal.
  • Afterwards, he/she must provide the category certificate and the date it was issued. Those in grades 9 and 10 can continue with just the certificate application number.
  • The next step is to provide the NSP application’s identification number. The student must register on the NSP portal before applying for the Oasis scholarship (if they are SC students).
  • As soon as he or she has filled out all of the details, including the father’s name, date of birth, etc, the next step is to upload the documents.
  • S/he must mention family income.
  • The next step is to provide the state, district, block, mobile number, and email address.
  • An applicant must provide their education qualification, such as which class they studied or whether they were in the same class the previous year.
  • S/he must then enter a password and click the submit button to complete the registration process.

Next Step or renewal For Oasis Scholarship 2023 Session

After that, you will receive the acknowledgment slip that contains all the details of your registration. To renew your scholarship, you must log in to the Oasis Portal. You must complete the form in four steps after logging in.

  • The first thing you need to do is click the first step. As well as the district, block, post office, and zip code of the address, it must be filled out.
  • Afterwards, you’ll be asked to provide more information, including whether or not you live in a hostel.
  • After that, you must fill out the educational information, such as the name of the institute, when you were admitted, the details of your course, and your grades.
  • The next step is to provide identifying information, such as Aadhaar numbers, bank details, and sources of household income.

You can submit your application after you’ve completed the application form and saved it. You should then save the PDF form and submit it to the nearest block or municipal office.

Medhasoft Bihar Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

1.The Mukhyamantri Balak/Balika Protsahan Yojana is for students who have passed the 10th grade

The candidate must have passed the matriculation examination in 2022 administered by the Bihar School Examination Board.

2. There is a Mukhyamantri Balika (Intermediate +2) Protsahan Yojana for the Mukhyamantri Kanya Uthan Yojana.

The candidates must have passed the intermediate examination from the Bihar School Examination Board in 2022.

3. A new program is being launched for Mukhyamantri Kanya Uthan Yojana called Mukhyamantri Balika (Snatak) Protsahan Yojana

Candidates must have been awarded a graduate or graduate equivalent degree after 31.03.2021 from constituent or affiliated degree colleges/institutions located within the state, that is, their examination results must have been published after 31.03.2021.

Eligibility Criteria for DSW Scholarship  MSU 2023-24

  • Candidates must be regular/bonafide/enrolled students of “The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda”
  • Students and their families are in such a financial position that their household income (including income of all family members living together) is not more than Rs. 3,50,000/- (Rupees three lacs fifty thousand only) per annum vide Syndicate Resolution No. 37 dated 29-06-2019 and
  • At least 55% of the marks in the previous examination have been obtained by the candidate, and

Applications for DSW Scholarships online must include the following documents valid for 2023-24:

  2. In its sole discretion, the Directorate reserves the right to award scholarships to the most deserving students based on the merit list, which shall be conclusive and final.
  3. Scholarships / Financial Assistance shall be granted for a period of ‘Two’ consecutive semesters and will not be automatically renewed. For students seeking financial support for another year, they will need to submit a new application.
  4. Depending on funding availability, DSW reserves the right to continue to grant scholarships / financial assistance.
  5. A false or misleading statement made in the application shall render the applicant liable for denial of assistance and/or other punitive measures.
  6. A specific unit/building must be selected in the DSW Form for students of the Faculty of Commerce.
  7. There is a National Scholarship Portal http://www.scholarships.gov.in that is available for minority students (Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jain, Zoroastrians, (and Parsis) ) to apply.

  1. Visit the official website https://msubaroda.ac.in/dsw/

  3. Click on the New User button. The screen will display the ‘Registration Form for Scholarship, Financial Assistance, Fee waiver, and/or Freeship 2023-24’.
  4. Fill out the Registration form. Click on ‘Register Me’. There will be red letters if there is a mistake against some entry. Click ‘Register Me’ again after correcting the entries.
  5. If all the information in the online form is correct, click ‘Yes’ against the line ‘Confirmation about the information you filled in is correct?’ and click ‘Register Me’.
  6. Please log in again using your existing username and password and complete the payment process.
  7. Please upload the documents that the system prompts you to upload.

What is DSW Scholarship at MSU?

The Directorate of Students’ Welfare (DSW) is the University’s flagship program. To provide financial assistance to economically weaker students of the University, the then Vice Chancellor & higher authorities initiated the program. The primary motive of DSW is to grant financial aid to ‘genuine but economically disadvantaged’ future assets of this nation pursuing their studies at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda started way back in the academic year 2012-13 which resulted in the haves and the haves not being on equal footings.

A student seeking Scholarship support must have a family income of fewer than 3.5 lacks per annum and a mark of 55% in the previous year’s exam. Online applications can be made using the MSU website (https://msubaroda.ac.in/dsw) with all of the required documents like Aadhar cards, bank account details, electricity bills, etc.

Mode of Distribution of Scholarship Amount

A regular systematic process culminates in a month-long process of identifying students who are needy and genuine. The funds are directly transferred to their bank accounts once they have been shortlisted.
