Application Fee

• It is not required to pay any application fee for the UP Scholarship 2023-2024 Pre Matric & Post Matric (Dashmottar).

Eligibility Criteria UP Scholarship

1. A permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh is required to apply.
2. The applicant must be enrolled in a school, college, or institute
3. Students in the 9th and 10th grades can apply for a pre-matric scholarship
4. Students in the 11th or 12th grade can apply online for a Post-Matric Scholarship
5. UP Dashmottar Scholarships are available to all students except those in class 09, 10, 11, and 12.
6. The annual income from all sources from the post-matriculated category (OBC, Minority, General) must not exceed Rs. 2,00000/- as well as from the category SC/ST must not exceed Rs. 2,50000/- each.

• You will need to provide a mark sheet or certificate of your educational qualifications.

• The registration number of your current university/board (except the first year)

How to Apply Online for UP Scholarship 2023 at scholarship.up.gov.in ?

• Fresh Candidates : All new candidates who have taken admission in 2023 for class 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th & Other Dashmottar Courses like UG/PG/Diploma/Certificates courses are invited to submit fresh application details.
• Renewal Candidates : Those Candidates who have already enrolled in any school/college and applied for scholarships the previous year will renew their application with the previous year’s Registration Number and login ID.
• All documents should be arranged before applying online for a scholarship
• If you are unsure about the nonrefundable amount, contact your college or school or check your fee receipt.
• After completing the online application, you will need to submit the form to the relevant school or college within 3 days.
• It is mandatory for all scholarship applicants to have an Aadhar card.

For Renewal Candidate : There is no need for students who applied last year to reapply online, they need to just update their registration number by clicking on the Renewal link and they won’t have to do a new application.

How to do Correction/Edit in UP Scholarship Online Form?

The date for UP Scholarship Correction/Edit has been extended from 19th to 27th January 2023. Any errors in the scholarship application form can be corrected or edited within the given deadlines. You can correct/edit the application by following these steps:

Step 1: Log in to UP Scholarship & Fee Reimbursement Online System

• In the first step, visit the official UP scholarship portal (Scholarship & Fee Reimbursement Online System).
• Please click on “Student” and select Postmatric login (either intermediate fresh/renewal or other than intermediate fresh/renewal).
• Log in using your registration number, date of birth, and password/verification code.
• Enter the captcha and submit.

Step 2: Start Making the Corrections / edit

• After successful login, you need to check your scrutiny result which is displayed on the screen.
• If you need to make any corrections, click “Modify application after initial test” button.
• You will be redirected to the page where you can correct your application.
• Ensure all corrections are made and resubmit the corrected online application.

Step 3: Submitting The Corrected Application To The Institution

• Make the necessary corrections to the UP scholarship application form and print it out.
• Make sure the corrected application is submitted to the respective institutions/colleges.
